At the traditional okinawan grocery store,there sold "boiled fish paste"daily.

Okinawan styled roaf is a little bit different from the mainlands styled ones.
Okinawan fish paste roaf is very heavy and sometimes it's surface is artificially colored with "fire red".
Regendly, red fish paste foaf is use for the celebrations.
After the ce;ebrations or festivals, red fish paste is ordinaly cutted and used for the material of cooking,and almost all the people cut off the colored part for their health.
Neverthless,we would love this heavy colored food forever and nothing would be replaced with this "fire red".
