We can find the old,black iron worked emergency ladders and fence set on the buildings'window around Manhattan,NYC. There are so many movies using those ladders as the effective tools.Man sometimes propose to the woman over the iron fence.Or in the action movie,the man chased by somebody often run away using those ladders. Sometimes,unfortunately,the man hold the broken bar of the ladder,fall toward the grownd on the movie. In my usual hotel in Manhattan, the room is facing the beauriful courtyard.There is a old landing and the ladder outside of the hotel room window. I can view the flowers and trees over the fence.It's very romantic.. Anyway,nobody come up the ladders for proposing me at all,as you know.
